I have had a major major sweet tooth about the past week. I have been wanting something along the lines of a cookie brownie piece of cake or pie, but I will NOT cheat and eat sweets that are going to make me feel sick or fill up my entire daily calorie intake with one piece so im needing some good recepies or web sites with good recepies.

 Double Chocolate VitaTop.

That is All.

Seriously.  For that type of craving.. I'd go with that.  100 calories, 9 grams of fiber...

You can do a general search for "bariatric recipes" and will find some from various other sites.

Good luck!

Greek yogurt mixed with sugar free cheesecake pudding mix.  Top it with a crumbled graham cracker and/or a spoonful of no sugar added cherry pie filling if you like.

Take Kelly's advice on this one!  I did -- it's wonderful.

You can do many other very delicious things with Greek yogurt.

I've put sugar free pistachio pudding mix in it and topped it with no sugar added cherry pie filling.

I've put pureed pumpkin and sugar free cheesecake pudding mix in it and sprinkled it with pumpkin pie spice.

I've put sugar free da Vinci praline flavored syrup in it and added chopped pecans.

It's all yummy!

I'm definitely going to try the pumpkin -- I miss pumpkin pie!

Thank you for sharing, I'm just not that creative with my food.

Well, once I figured out you can add any sugar free pudding mix to Greek yogurt, I just started experimenting.  I usually add a little splenda, too.
