I dont think I ever noticed. My friend is the one that pointed it out. "Hey, Your chin doesn't have an extra chin!"

I didn't notice until my Doctor said something. He also said that the person losing the weight may not notice those types of changes because when we look in the mirror we don't see it. Go figure
