Forum post missing...
It's usually calling someone names like "jerk" or "stupid" etc - it's generally ok to call the argument that - just not the person!!!!
You are also NOT allowed to talk about a person, by name, in a derogatory manner to someone else - as in "Kim is such a jerk, isn't she, Lora?"
For some reason passive aggressive posts are the way to go ... don't confront that person in their thread but start a new one saying how they are such drama queens, without actually naming them .. and then deny you meant them in particular. Or pose a question that clearly relates to the person and their question in an effort to make them look stupid. OH is more than happy with this posting style because as we all know ... disingenuity rules!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(and this is a perfect example of such a post - only I didn't start it in it's own thread!)
