I've seen some people post about this product, but I'm curious as to why you would use it? Regular natural peanut butter has healthy fats in it, so why wouldn't you want to eat that instead? I haven't tried PB2 yet, so it's piqued my interest. Thanks for your help!

I use PB 2 in my protein shakes for both the taste and to boost my protein intake.  It mixes very easily in milk or water.  My favorite shake lately is Matrix bananas and cream mixed with milk, 2 T PB 2 and a dash of cinnamon.  Since meats needs to be moist, the PB 2 also mixes easily to make a low calorie dip.  I have also mixed it in yogurt and splenda for a nice dip for apple slices.

I get mine at the commissary but you can get it from amazon or netrition.com.

Have a great day.

I like it because if I had a jar of PB in my cabinet it would be way to easy for my husband or I to take a spoonful ,,,,,and then another , and another.
PB2 has way less calories and you have to mix it , I love it , and use it when I want something but don't know what it is :)

They also have chocolate PB2 that is low in sugar and calories as well.  I get mine at the Bell Plantation website.  I use it in protein ice cream and shakes.  I also use the regular PB2 to make Thai peanut sauce.

And it doesn't matter to me how healthy the fat in peanut butter is; it's delicious, but too calorie-dense to be worth it to me.

Now I need to get some Matrix Bananas and Cream...
