Just stick with it! We all lose at different rates. Don't get discouraged! Up the protein, eliminate the carbs and make sure you are getting enough cals in. Track your food for a while. What an inspiring post. You look awesome! When did you reach 170 lbs? I'm 5'8" and I have 150 lbs as my goal, but not sure if I will reach that.(I've been a slow loser, initially losing 12 lbs a month x3 and now 6 lbs a month x3) I'm hoping to be in onderland by my first surgiversary.
