The weight loss really slowed down for me about 20 months out. I mean, it slowed but the last of it was like one pound per month. You just have to be patient, think of it as a lifestyle change and not a diet and just keep your protein very high. These days I get between 100-150 protein a day depending on what I eat. I stay away from carbs but allow myself to endulge every now and again. It's a daily struggle not to eat the crap everyone else is eating but I found food that satisfies my cravings and stick with those things. Weight is just a number. You'll feel when you're at your ideal weight. You just know. I didn't want to be rail thin...never been thin ever so for me, this size 12 feels perfect. I'd probably be smaller without my excess skin but oh well! I'm happy that frigerator is off my back! Good luck to you in your journey!

My ring size changed so much I felt like I needed a new wedding ring..so I got one!
Congratulations on your phenomenal success. What I really like about your story is that YOU chose your goal and that you are happy there. That is a rare story.
You look fantastic.
Congrats again,

Thanks so much Deb! All I know is I feel good, I look good in my clothes and my body sort of leveled out so, I'd like to stay right here. A number is just a number after all...it's all how you feel. Thank you for the kind words and support!
