Woohoo. I woke up and weighed 199.6. I haven't weighed under 200lbs since I was 18? So in about 11 years. Feels good. Now I can't wait to reach goal.

HW: 295 / SW: 273 / CW: 169.4 / GW: 140 / Dream Goal: 120
Height: 5'3.5" - *22lbs of my weightloss was lost pre-surgery.
