Little Goal I have for myself right now.

I try & set myself some little goals along the way. Getting into my wedding dress once again will be one of those goals. I tried it on again this morning & still can't zip it up all the way. I guess the weight I'm losing is more on the bottom & not the top. Here are a couple pics of my dress. What small goals have you set for yourself?






  Highest weight : 315 lbs, Surgery weight: 298.5 lbs, Current weight: 183.5 lbs

You can make it! I have about 15 little goals set, I finally met my first one which was having a BMI under 40, which would make me not qualify for WLS. My next goal is 220 which is my weight Freshman year of high school. Oh and when I fit into "regular sizes" there will be a clothing swap party!

 That's a puuurdy dress! I'm hooked on Say Yes to the Dress. Can't get enough of those gorgeous gowns.

i have probably a hundred little weight- & fitness-related goals. The ones I should pay the most attention to are:

~  Staying busy and on my feet for two hours without pain.
~  Walking a mile an hour without pain or exhaustion.
~  Getting down to 250. For some reason this is a magic number for me. Not as magic as 225, or 199.9, but still an important milestone--and it's within reach!
~  Wearing the cute winter coat my sister gave me and giving away the 10-year old one.
