Thanks!! For a while I was going 4-5 times a week getting in about 30 minutes of cardio each time..then I backed down to 1-2 times a week for 30 mins. I am wanting to go 4-5 times a week but up it to an hour of cardio each time. I'm not really sure if I'll have to eat more if I start that schedule up..I'll just have to give it a week or two and see what my weight does.
