the only way to get them back to perky is with surgery...if you can start to document that you are having back pains and headaches and neck aches, the you MAY quilify for a breast reduction...that is where i am at now....after 105-110 pound weight loss, they are still at a 42DDD or 42DD depends on which side your looking at....they look like deflated beach balls....so i am hoping to get a reduction..that is covered by insurance, so i am just now starting to get the documentation that i will need when the time is right...

Oh gosh, you are so welcome! We have to be able to laugh at this because if we didn't it would be one big cryingfest. They say that if you could put a pencil under your breast, you need to wear a bra. HAHAHHAAHA! A pencil????? Please how about a log??? My girlfriend and I laughed about that 30 years ago. A pencil.............please. I use to hold my boobs up in front of the mirror to see what it looked like to have perky breasts. Wow! Until I let go........Sigh
I don't even want to think about what my boobs are going to look like. Two babies in two years wrecked the hell out of mine. I sleep in a bra as it is. Too bad I'm not flat anymore like I was in my early 20s. I used to wish for big boobs. Now I wish I could give them back. Don't even get me started about my upper arms.

Upper arms????? We don't have upper arms, we belong to the elite world of bat wings and the more fat hanging down, the better the take off flight will be. We are very fortunate. NOT. Ok guys, I am 59 and sometimes humor is my way with dealing with so many of these things we have in common. Nothing funny about the rashes under our breasts or stomachs or our inner thighs. Alot of things we have to deal with is serious, so please I don't intend to offend or downplay our feelings, but laughter is healthy and we seem to have so little of it any more. So I say bring it on and brighten my day and everyone else's! Have a great and safe Fourth of July!!!!! Jane in California
i have had my chiro put it in my medical records of the pain and such, also my OBGYN has it now in her files, and then also with my base PCM...so far that is as far as i have gotten, you have to have the drs send you plastics to see if there is enough breast tissue can NEEDS to be reduced, there is a certain amount, but start getting it into your charts when you see your drs, thats the pain and such that you are having, yeast infections under them, broken skin issues etc....just get it all in your charts, then your insurance may cover a reduction, but like i said i was told that there has to be a medical reason for the reducion and a certain amount has to be able to come off.
