i need a new protein drink
I didn't like the straw kiwi by nectar and I'm not a coffee drinker so of course the cappuccno latte wasn't my deal either.
I did like the Nectar fuzzy navel or natural orange or natural peach any of which mixed with water and crystal light and in a sports bottle so I wouldn't have to SMELL them (they smell awful)
Now that I'm in maintenance mode I do the Syntrax Matrix, which is cheaper, a few more calories, has a milder flavor (orange and cream or strawberries and cream) which I still mix with water and crystal light and drink out of a sport bottle.

What flavors do you like?
I like Chike vanilla and banana, I like BSN Lean Dessert banana cream, I like Celebrate ENS vanilla cake batter, I like Isoflex chocolate mint.... I also love the Nectar cappuccino, and I add different sugar free syrups to it to jazz it up, like amaretto, caramel, and English toffee.

I don't know what's at Vitamin Shoppe, but there is Click, which has caffeinated and now decaf, and now Chike has a coffee flavor, too (which I think has caffeine but I'm not sure). I've also used vanilla protein powder and added a spoonful of Maxwell House International French vanilla (sugar free, decaf) for a coffee-flavored shake. Oh, and there is Atkins ready to drink cafe mocha and caramel latte.

i HATED everything i tried untill i tried EAS carb advantedge target or walmart they are pre made come in 4 packs. the ONLY shake I actually like I like vanilla strawberry cafe carmel, not too found of chocolate, but i dont really like anything chocolate drink wise... try them! 100 calories 17 grams carb for 11 oz. I think they are just under 5 bucks for the 4 pack
I make cold coffee concentrate. Take some of it, a splash of water, some unsweetened almond milk, and a scoop of vanilla protein powder....shake in a shaker and pour it over ice. My favorite protein drink. I use optimum nutrition 100% whey in vanilla ice cream. It's not super sweet like a lot of the powders. You also can add whatever flavors you want to change it up. I don't like flavored coffee so its been all I can do to drink vanilla!
Also...vitamin shoppe does carry click. The ones I've been in only carry mocha but will order vanilla.
