Can i get some help on finding some free samples of protein or vitemins. OR just some sites that alot are used i got some coming from bariatric choice and unjury. And i order some of the PB2.

Wellness will also send out samples, also your local vitamin stores sometimes will give them to you. I found a lot on line just doing Internet searches though.

Most places don't give free samples anymore but you can usually get them very cheaply.

Try celebratevitamins.com, vitalady.com, bariatricadvantage.com, and chikenutrition.com.

My nutritionist told me to call Bariatric Advantage and tell them that I am having gastric bypass surgery and they will send me a starter pack for free. And they did. If you go to their website and order, they charge you $9.25, so its best to call them.
