Lasagna anyone?
I get the kind that resembles granola (sorta) from the bulk bin at Whole Foods.
Do you HAVE to cook it? No. But you can put it into cooked things and it's fine. In this recipe you'd add it to the sauteed onions and peppers (after rehydrating) and then add spaghetti sauce to it and then just follow the directions through from there.

I think I might be ready to be me again though. But I want to take a new picture and before I do THAT I want to get a new wig (had a tearful farewell to my last favorite wig. It has gone on to glory).
