Post-op weight loss planner

I've seen a lot of posts by those who are just a few weeks out from surgery, worried that they're not "losing fast enough" or think they have "stalled" or the surgery "didn't work". I've had this page bookmarked for a while, so it might be good to give people an idea of how your weight loss can look like. It's not meant as an absolute, just a guesstimate of your weight loss trends. Hope this helps!

I typed in 100%, but you can type in any percentage. It might be good to run a few different numbers through so you get an idea of possible targets. It will still break down your weight loss, just at different rates. For instance, if you plug in 65%, it will show your loss over 18 months, what your goal weight is, and how much weight is over your goal. Hope that clarified things!
