Women, Food and God
I personally liked it. It's not religious so much as it is spiritual. It does not push Christianity or any other religion on people. It's mostly about the deep-seated reasons why we tend to abuse ourselves with food and how changing that can connect us more closely to our spiritual selves.
So if you are totally non-spiritual (atheist or simply believe life on this planet is it) yes, it would be a bit too spiritual for you. But I found it a good read and it helped me.
But it's up to each of us to determine our own threshold.
