What Vitamins?
Is anyone comfortable sharing their vitamin regimin with me? The name of the brand may be helpful too as I am trying to compare chewables, nutrametrix, capsuls, etc.
Thanks in advance!

I'm not sure there is a "regular hospital regimen." What the ASMBS says we need is two multis a day (adult multis, not Flintstones), 1500 to 2000 mg calcium citrate, iron and B12. Many people choose to take vitamin C with their iron to help with absorption. Most people also need D3, based on their vitamin D levels.
