Never went to  Guys, but boy did they smell really good last week when I was out shopping. You could smell those burgers all over the parking lot...I was like Whimpy from the Popeyes cartoon...if I could have one food that I loved to eat pre-op it would have to be a REALLY GOOD BURGER with all of the yummy toppings.

I am now done with having my "fatso" moment...carry on.

Oh my there are so many to choose from!  Probably the worst was the 2 buskin bakery doughnuts, one glazed and one cinnamon sugar twist (sometimes a boston creme filled chocolate frosted) with a 32 oz coke!

Mac and cheese.

And by that I mean a block of sharp cheddar melted over a box of mac.  Yup.  Mac and cheese.
I had it one night this week because I was trying to numb some pain.  Instant puke - thank god.
I am blessed that I can eat a lot of foods but pasta has to be eaten really slow in small doses.

Oh and I lived on Grilled chicken sandwiches from mcdonalds with a large fry and a large sweet tea. (#8)  I haven't been back since surgery.  I go to Wendy's when I am craving something "bad".  I love the chili and a baked potato...not great but not a burger and fry!

Forgive me, arteries, my sins were many:

Fatburger(the name says it all)
chocolate covered potato chips
homemade lasagna--a HUGE piece
homemade chicken parmesan-tons
Italian cream cake
Dick's drive in
Frisco Freeze
Costco b-day cake with the inch thick icing
teriyaki-which yes, I know, isn't necessarily bad, but when you get an order and eat it all and it fills one of those styrofoam clamshell containers then you add some eggrolls just because, it's not a good choice

Geez, no wonder I got to 314lbs
