Skinny Chicken Enchiladas Recipe

I found some too - Mission Carb Control.  They have the large tortilla size and a smaller version.  I get the small ones and once in awhile, when I need something crunchy, I toast them up and then put hummus or cream cheese and chives on it.  It satisfies the need for CRUNCH!

I'm a mexican food freak, so this sounds pretty good!
