Halfway There!! Wednesday plates and plans?

Well I'm starting out the day good, as I have for the last 2 weeks, though the end of it always is in disaster. I am trying to figure out why I am self sabatoging *sighs* Probably time to find a therapist and get back to working out harder, when I'm working out I don't graze...and graze..and then eat..and graze some more.

Today so far

B: Protein Shake
L: Chili and Cheddar
AS: Gouda/cheddar and saskatoon berries
S: Tomatos, stuffed chicken breast
ES: No idea, hopefully just one thing...not 3 snacks...

Sorry to hear you are having such a tough time of things Nik, I hope for you they will get better and that darn house will close for you already!
