Feel like crap! I think I ate something wrong....

I ate my regular lunch, some chicken, but then I also had a handy snack, which is essentially fake cheese an crackers. I ate one of the crackers and only a little bit of the "cheese", but I didn't like the taste so I put some PB on it instead. But by then I felt full, so I threw it away, cause I just didn't feel like it anymore.

Now, about 20 minutes later I feel like crap. My pouch is not happy, I'm all shaky, my heart is racing and I'm sweaty. Ugh.

I don't even know how much sugar it had, cause I didn't have the box. That is totally my mistake. Now I know to check labels first, and if I don't have the box, just skip it.

I hate feeling like this. If I was home I'd go lay down. But I'm at work, with 25 kids, so I just have to gut it out.

Try to drink warm water. Or hot tea.  Taht helped me a lot when things like that happened. Wash things out of the system.

I feel like if I add something else to my tummy I'll just hurl! I think I'll give it a few more minutes and maybe then I'll try it. Thanks.

Mostly I just needed to rant to people who understand. If I tell my coworkers, they don't get it, you know? Ugh. It's just awful.

So, I've noticed certain things that are way processed do not sit well with me.  Example I've tried an oreo cookie and also some other kind of processed sugared cookie and I feel awful. Tummy gets so upset.  But if I have a homemade cookie nothing.  I'm assuming it's the cracker's or the cheese.

But I Totally know how you feel. Becareful trying new things at work.

It took about an hour, and felt better. I know I won't be eating that again anytime soon. I'll stick with the chicken. I seem to do better with that.

Crackers make me sick... It's funny what will upset our new tummies. In a way it's a blessing in disguise because this helps me stay on track of what is "right" to eat!!

I think someone else mentioned that too, so maybe it was the crackers. I haven't had those crackers so they might've been the culprit. I think I'll just stay away from Processed foods and the crackers of course.
