Sore Tummy....

Not sure if I'm explaining that exactly right but that's how it feels.....seems like it started when I changed to a multi-vitamin (swallow one a day complete) when I was still doing the flintstone chewables.  I have my 3 month check up at the end of the month so I wanted my labs to be good.  I also take an allegra every morning for my hives.   Just wondering if anyone has encountered this or for what reason?   I haven't had any naucea or vomiting...just a little sore.  If that makes any sense.    Any ideas?   Or what I should do about it?    Thanks everyone!!   Sherry

IntraMAX™ is an all natural and completely organic  and the multi-vitamin and natural mineral supplement. IntraMAX™ is extremely dense in nutrient and is a great supplement to aid in defense against disease and sickness.

IntraMAX™is low glycemic, vegetarian, hypoallergenic, and contains no chemicals

it tastes great and Flitstones is full of sugar and One a Day is too,
isnt it just strange we have this surgery for health then the same people who do this surgery give us Posion to take for life ? Aspartame is in all sugar-free products that's  ANT posion thats Sugar free chemicals for our Food

Im still leaning toward it's the sugar coating thats making your tummy hurt
drink some ginger tea or ginger  slices for the tummy ache
good luck

When I take a multiple that contains Iron I get a stomachache almost a little burning like sensation.  Same as you, sore - no nausea or vomiting.  When I take one without, no problems.  I usually take without iron and try to get my iron through food.  I have my one year check up coming up and wonder if my labs are going to show I am deficient?  I also still use a chewable vitamin.  I don't swallow any of my supplements as I want to know they are definately getting digested as easily as possible.  It may be a little irrational on my part, but if something that simple makes me feel more at peace about the supplements, so be it.

Hope you find the  answer to your tummy troubles.

I think you may have solved it! This one does have iron included and I've been taking an extra iron tablet with it because I've always had low iron for whatever reason....trying to keep it up.....I may go one day and see if that makes it better and email the nutrionist on Monday.  I really appreciate you posting, I was starting to get a little worried if I was doing something way wrong! :)   Sherry

Do you have any vitamins without iron that you can take so you don't have to go without your whole vitamin?  I really hope that this solves the mystery of your pain.  Please post back in this thread when you figure it out, so I know how you are doing.

Will keep you in my thoughts,
Paula
