Hello All,
I have previously used myfitnesspal, but recently I started logging my food intake on here through the health tracker, just my opinion, but it seems to be very useful.

It will hurt. It will take time. It will require dedication. It will require willpower. It requires sacrifice. There will be temptation. But, I promise you, when you reach your goal, it's WORTH IT! (Author Unknown). I feel this sums up my ongoing journey to a healthier me!

I use the OH tracker too, I also use the activity tracker here as well. I like them both and can go to the forum when I am done logging my meals.

I have looked at it and still think MFP is better. The data base is not as complete.

I will have to take a look at it.  I currently use SparkPeople, I like that it tracks calories, fat, carbs and protein and even gives you daily food recommendations for each meal if you want.

I haven't used the OH tracker, but I've tried MFP and LoseIt and I actually prefer LoseIt.
