Honestly,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I just pulled a number out of my ass.  There is no reason for it just sounded good at 146.  I am now rethinking that number to 140.

When I set out, I wanted 175. At my consult my surgeon said 150. My nutritionist originally told me 145 but at my one yr said 140.

My revised personal goal was 135. That's a lon way from 318. Today I was 140.3

Be happy.

I couldn't remember what he told me at first appt PA later said 135 but I bet he'll say 130.  Last appt I asked him he said 125 which is how much I weighed before first pregnancy when I was 25.  I will be happy to be there finally after the years of yoyo weight loss and gain. Of course somewhere along the way my height changed from 5'4 3/4" to 5'2.5"  Darn that gravity.  I looked at this and this weight is within my healthy BMI range.

i picked 150 because i dont want to be "to skinny" and i wanted to be real about this...
my surgeon says Now 135-140 i feel that is to small.
i have yet to make it to goal i will be there in a few month i believe. and if i happen to go lower and feel happy with my self well by all means i will stay lower! :)

i also have a husband who likes curves. lol though i WOULD NEVER let that choose my goal weight completely i still want to keep that "spark" alive lol. silly right?

i met him at 160 and he remembers me at that size... so i dont think 150 is going to low or to high, :) i dont know just feels right to me i guess :)

My personal goal for myself is 130 lbs. I am 5' 3" tall and I am also 45 yrs old. My surgeon feels that I will get down to about 110-115 lbs and then balance out at around 120 lbs. His goal for me is only 10 lbs less than the goal that I have set for myself.

I am comfortable with either one...it sounds and looks a whole lot better from where I started at 238 lbs.
