It is!  I don't feel deprived and I get my protein and veggies all at the same time!

I kind of feel like the expert here since I have been eating frozen taco casserole for months.  I just made a triple batch this weekend and froze up 30 servings for the entire month.  Still haven't gotten sick of it.  I am also cooking up a big batch of chili for a little variety.  Anyway, I just go to the Dollar Tree and buy up their storage containers.  I just have a hundred of those suckers.  They work perfect, no freezer burn and for me it's like I am having a frozen dinner every night without the expense or unknown ingredients.
Here is a peek inside my freezer.  This is the one on my refrigerator.  I also have another upright freezer for other things like meat, etc.  Anyway, ignore all the Fudgecicles and sugar free ice cream, although those frozen pops are made from protein shakes.

Wow! I love that! All about organization! Now if you looked at my house, you'd say huh?! LOL  I've wanted to do that with the veggie soup I make and now considering chili since I seem to be taking out stock at Wendy's.  Oh and the fudgesicles are a now a staple at our house too!  We've even got the kid eating Sugar Free.   :)    Thanks for sharing!
