Oh, iron, can't we be friends?

 Today's adventure was getting a copy of my labs from last week. It wasn't a complete panel, but just some of the usual things before surgery. Of course, I look at my iron levels, and I'm just below the low end of normal--as usual...*sigh*

Can't we just get along, iron? 

 Vita-lady tender irons- check 'em out....
