My mom claims that this is the toughest day post-op, and she was right with me. So hopefully it is all down hill from here for you!

So sorry you are have a ruff time.  I was like that for the first couple of weeks, but I think mine was related to drinking to fast.  I had my surgery on 6/26.  I am doing great down 47 lbs so far, but I was wondering when does your body feel normal again.  This may sound strange, but my in sides just does not  feel right, I know that there was a big adjustment since I had the distal RNY, does anyone no what I am talking about and have any answers.

I'm 2 1/2 weeks post op and I think I started to feel better after the first week. Every day made a difference and you will start to feel stronger. Just dont' stop your liquids and take small sips. Walking around the house definitely helped, don't be sad, everyone here says it will all be worth it in the long run.  *hugs*
