Tuna Patties - YUM!

I made these tuna patties recently and OMG they were so good. I topped mine with cheese and avocado.  I saw the idea for this recipe from a body builders website and adjusted it to make it more bariatric friendly. If you are interested, enjoy!

Tuna Patties
Makes 4 servings 10 minutes   2-5oz cans Tuna packed in water, drained and flaked 7 Reduced Fat Wheat Thin Crackers, finely crushed 1 medium Roasted Sweet Red Bell Pepper, chopped 1 large egg, beaten 1 T Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce   Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Divide and form into four patties. Coat skillet with cooking spray and heat to medium high. Cook on one side until crust forms, flip and cook on other side until crust forms.   Suggested toppings: low-fat cheese, avocado, salsa   Per serving before adding toppings: 116 Calories, 2.6g Fat, .5g Saturated Fat, 78mg Cholesterol, 495.4mg Sodium, 30.3mg Potassium, 3.7g Carbohydrates, .3g Dietary Fiber, 1.2g Sugar, 18g Protein
