I use a Dulcolax every day and that seems to be what works for me.  Karen
Thank God for the wonderful gift of WLS.  Use it wisely as the tool it is meant to be and hold yourself accountable for the rest of the journey!!!

I use Miralax daily.

When that doesn't work, I use a Dulcolax suppository.  But the Miralax almost always works.

My doctor says to take one that's active ingredient is Bisacodyl. It is closest to a suppository. It usually works over night. I get mine from walmart. Equate brand- Women's Laxative. Works good. My son even uses it from time to time.
Best of luck

Do you watch proofwlsworks on YouTube? Saturday's vlogger is kenzierestricted (sp??) actually all week long are vloggers responding to the same questions, which is really helpful, due to different surgeries and different body types. Last weeks topic is related to bm's.

I had to switch from MOM to Dulcolax suppositories last week. I know how you are feeling!
