Big Pouch days

So evidently I'm having a big pouch day. What do you all do when you have big pouch days?
I've got all my protein in for the day & have had a ton of water but I still feel like I can eat a house.
Any suggestions?

Chicken broth helps me feel full usually...at least for a few hours, about a cup.

I feel your pain!!!!!!!! I've been starving all day! I normally get in about 900 calories but I got in about 1050 today..I had some deli sliced ham and a cheese stick to try and help. I haven't eaten anything off of plan but I certainly feel like I could still be eating right now!!

I know I hate them too. I feel like no matter what I eat its not enough. I pretty much suffer through them too like last night I was at work & I pack my lunch & snacks so I can only eat what I bring, unless I go to the vending machine which I have not & will not allow myself to do. I just try & drink water like mad. Someone once said they noticed right after having a big pouch day that they lose several pounds. I sure hope so. Lol

When I'm feeling especially empty in the tummy and nothing is filling it, I eat Kim's Magic Pops. Very filling and only 15 calories. It also fulfills my urge to crunch. I love them.

I eat another snack - healthy one. But my plan is also very liberal - they want me around 1500 calories now and on most days i get in around 1100 or so (i've uped it a bit recently). But on my 'big' pouch days, i go to around 1200-1300 or so. It doesn't happen a lot, but for me, the week before my period, all i want to do is eat. that is a new post op symptom
