Silly Question...

I feel like I should know this but I've looked all over...tell me how to get my surgery date in my profile.   Thank you!!   Sherry

At the top of your page you should have a drop down menu that says MY OH. Select MY HISTORY from that menu and there is a tab that says surgeries. You should be able to add/edit from there.
