 Thanks to all. I did walk with my friend. I noted that I was just angry and sad and hungry. Your wisdom here is what saves me at the end of the day.

I have been there and the best advice I can give is to forgive yourself and move on. Don't be hard on yourself just keep fighting and keep trying. I think the hardest battle we fight is with ourselves and old habbits. Hang in there you can do this!!

I agree with most of the rest of the board.  No worries.  Today is a new day.  Also, you should consider yourself lucky that you did not get dumping or any worse symptoms.  I over ate for the first time last weekend and I thought I was going to die.  Dry heaves for at least an hour and a nauseaous feeling that wouldn't quit!!  I have NEVER felt so bad in my life.  Just learn from it and keep on moving hon!

Hah!  That's one of those lessons that really sink in, isn't it??  I found I would really pay attention
after one episode!
