I know, I know..... 3 weeks out and BLAH (long)

Please don't be discouraged, instead be proud of what you have lost.  14 lbs in just 3 weeks is great.  How many diets have we all been on where it took us longer and we suffered more for those pounds....and we didn;t even keep it off after all that struggling.   Now you will be successful because you have such a great tool and the support of everyone here to keep you going.  

Eventually you will be able to get your fluids and proteins in and all of this will be a distant memory. 

I only weigh every 2-3 weeks, am 18 mo out and am still losing and feeling extremely proud of my success and the changes in my health even though at this stage the rate loss is slower.
