I had my gastric bypass on April 9th of this year. I am kind of at a stall. I have lost from 374 to 296. My question is is it a bad idea to do 2 shakes and one meal a day? or should I just have regular mkeals? Im REALLY wanting to get to the 100 pound weight loss mark.

I don't think it's a bad idea or a good idea.  If you prefer to drink shakes instead of eating solid food, I guess it's OK.  It's not necessary in order to lose weight, though.  And solid food will probably make you feel full longer than liquids.

You could always check in with your nut and see if it's a good idea to kickstart losing that way.

I would talk to a nutritionist about where you are and keep a food journal to make sure you are staying on track.
