Have had bad allergies the past few weeks. I haven't really taken anything for them because benadryl has always been my go to for this but the past two times I have taken it it's caused an almost instant anxiety attack . So I've just been trying to "live with it" unfortunately there has been so much mucus running its causing me constant dry heaving and I can't eat anything. Anyone have any ideas preferably non medicated ideas. (I'm 7 months out)

If you know it's allergy related, get local honey and have that.  Hopefully it's not something that will cause sugar issues/dumping for you, but I've heard local honey (key is local) can minimize allergy issues.  I have a friend who swears by this.  Hope you are feeling better!

Use a neti pot. They're usually in the same section as nasal sprays.

Have you tried the "Netty Pot" or "Neil med Sinus Rinse"? It's totally natural.

It's great at cleaning out your sinuses, my youngest daughter used this for about a year to help out with her sinus problems until they finally corrected it with surgery.

I'm 13 months out and I just took loratadine for my allergies this past spring. Worked for me & it didn't cause a drowsy feeling.

Edited to add: Took Sudafed first to dry me up then allergy med to control my symptoms.
