First NSV :)

I'm just 2 days past one month out, and the scale hasn't budged a lot in the last 2 weeks (lost 18 pounds the first 2 weeks then 1 pound per week the last 2). So I needed a NSV. I took a shower, and when I got out and wrapped the towel around me, it took me a minute to realize that the ends of the towel overlapped. They haven't overlapped in ages. :) I know...but it's the little things.

that's great! it definitely is the small things that mean a lot to us! i must say that i can cross my legs now..almost like a normal person...and i almost cried! i think these small things that we notice help with our success..give us the motivation to keep on keeping on!!!!! congrats on the towel overlap!

Gret jog. The small joys in life cn make us the hs\appiest. My husband and daughter conspired against me and threw away on of my old favorite shirt because it is way to big. I get it, but it was an oldy but goody. I guess I'll have to find another favorite :o(

Thank God for the wonderful gift of WLS. Use it wisely as the tool it is meant to be and hold yourself accountable for the rest of the journey!!!

Congrats! That's one of my favorite NSVs! It do awesome when we're aware if these little things that others take for granted.

I totally understand the plateaus...I had one last week, and finally broke through. Now, I need to figure out the best way to resolve the constipation issue. LOL
