I can't eat/drink them so I may as well talk about them:

mini chocolate donuts (those where my downfall!)
Starbucks Lemon Poundcake
pasta (esp mac-n-cheese)
Coke
breadsticks with cheese dip
martinis
cheeseburgers

There's probably nothing that I haven't had a bite of, but I miss butter pecan ice cream every once in awhile. Ice cream is the one food I have no tolerance for since surgery.

The only thing I don't ever eat anymore (because it was such a terrible binge food for me) is cereal with milk. If I want cereal I have to measure it out and eat it dry. I miss the days of big bowls of cinnamon toast crunch and frosted shredded wheat, but I know deep down that I'm much better off without them.

I can eat a slice of bread - if it's toasted.

Have you tried Blue Bunny low-fat, no sugar added ice cream? It comes in Butter Pecan flavor.

I want to try it but I am afraid of the sugar alcohols. Does it bother you at all?

Sheri, thanks for the suggestion! Unfortunately I can't eat sucralose (splenda), so I can't enjoy the blue bunny ice creams.

My parents live next to a dairy farm, so when I visit them I make my dad go with me and get a kids size butter pecan ice cream so I can have a bite.

I remember those feelings - just a short month or so ago.  You will eat again and your life will feel more normal.  Give it another month or so.  The first 7 weeks were hell for me.  I'm at week 11 and feel so much better.
