what about trying sugar free jello and or pudding, I  had surgery on the 10th and they were on our stage 1 &2a diet list.

On soft foods, you can easily add unflavored whey isolate protein to SF pudding, plain yogurt, etc.  Greek yogurt is better for you, but I really don't like the taste. Heard about using a box of SF pudding with a 35 oz carton of Fage greek yogurt. Cheesecake SF pudding is probably more versitile, as you can add some Torani SF syrup to make blackberry cheesecake Greek yogurt, caramel cheesecake Greek yogurt...  But any flavor would work well. I've tried butterscotch, pistachio, lemon SF pudding in the Fage too.  DAVE

I just went and got some sugar freee popsicles.  MMMM.  I love them.  I also bought some cottage cheese.  GOnna try tomorrow.  I will let you know how it goes.  Im here to if you need me.

MY DIETICIAN TOLD OUR GROUP THAT IF WE HATE BROTH DONT DRINK IT. IT IS ONLY A FREE OPTION FOR FLUIDS IF YOU GET TIRED OF WATER AND SF STUFF.
