Sign up for my fitnesspal and track your food. Never eat unplanned meals, it will get us in trouble. Drinking 48-100 oz of water a day is what I drink.
I eat every 3 hours to maintain because I keep loosing.

We all have days where we are hungrier than other days. But beware, you are only 1 year 9 months out. This behavior will catch up with you eventually and you WILL gain.
Dont let your flat stomach or 4 pack throw off your rythem... eating like crazy and not gaining weight is the calm before the storm.... Id def atleast go on a weight maintenece plan... im 10lbs away from goal an def on a plan and will be on one for life
I would make an appt with the surgeon and/or the nutritionist. If your surgeon is like mine, they'd want to know if things change, so that if there is a problem, they can catch it early.
i would say eating 2 sausage patties and 1 egg is not eating like crazy. i would say that's pretty normal, especially for someone working out. i don't eat sausage but i know that i could easily eat that. what's your usual calorie intake these days?
