 I feel for you! I made tacos last week, and had my portion of taco meat with medium salsa. Boy, was that spicier than I remember! LOL I'm sure once our pouches settle down, we'll be good to go. I can't imagine going without some spicy Indian food!!

 I plugged my specific ingredients into myfitnesspal.  It came up with 17 g protein in 1/2 cup.

The number one change for me post op is I can tolerate spicy food in a dramatically greater way.  We grow peppers, and my family has always eaten very, very hot food.  But for whatever reason, post op, what is hot to my family is mild to me.  I tend to over spice everything now .  Do you think it was the meat that did not sit well in your pouch instead of the spice?
