Was googling about stalls after weight loss surgery & ran into this which I think is pretty insightful.

Thank you so much!

I'm 22 weeks out and have hit a 3 week stall and it's scaring me.  I'm up and down a few pouds (thought it was PMS) but I can't budge.  I started working out doing high impact cardio 4 times a week...even did it while traveling and no prevail.  I'm so frustrated!

I need to take my measurements!  I'ts on my list of things to do today!

I found it pretty interesting myself. I also clicked on the Carb link & it broke down the different carbs which I liked.

Good article, I am a fan of the high calorie stall buster. I usually eat about 500 calories a day give or take 100. When I notice no weight loss for 5 or more days I purposefully eat a little more, I add in an extra meal or sometimes something a little fatty for a day and within three days following my extra food day I usually drop 2 or more times. I've done this a few times sometimes not on purpose and it has done wonders each time.

I do have to say my most "successful" high calorie stall buster was a week long cruise where I ate too much. I came home with an extra three pounds but in the 10 days after the cruise I lost 12 pounds after remaining steady for a week before the cruise.
