Thank you! I totally agree..I want to still be at 'goal' and in the 'normal' range if I do face some bounce back.

You look amazing!

It will hurt. It will take time. It will require dedication. It will require willpower. It requires sacrifice. There will be temptation. But, I promise you, when you reach your goal, it's WORTH IT! (Author Unknown). I feel this sums up my ongoing journey to a healthier me!

I agree just let it happen. No need to be concerned unless you become underweight. I lost below goal and have maintained with very little effort.

Your shape will also change as you level out and maintain. Enjoy the ride!  You'll probably get many comments of concern from family and friends. Be prepared.

P.s. What's your secret?  I'm losing SO SLOWLY!! In my support group the leader told another girl who decided she was happy where she was and didn't want to lose too much more..that she should start introducing more complex carbs into her diet. Have you talked to your surgeon's office about this?

I can't comment on your question because I'm still a surgery hopeful and don't have any experience.  However, I wanted to comment on your weight loss.  You look beautiful in both pictures.  Your new is outstanding.  You are an inspiration!
