rapidly emptying pouch

I just had an upper gi series done this morning. I have had significant weight gain over the past year. I had rny in 2008 and did well. Did not lose as much as I wanted, but my dr was happy. I have been increasingly hungry between meals and it has me very concerned. The study showed that my pouch was ok, but that it was empyting very rapidly. I have not heard from my bariatric dr himself yet, so I am not sure what that means for me. Anyone else have this issue and if so how did you deal with it. Thanks.===April

I haven't had this happen.  My guess is that your stoma is stretched which would make your pouch empty quicker and YES make you hungry quicker.
