10 months out and out of control! Help

A couple thoughts.... depending on your height, you could be approaching goal. 

Log your intake - see if your calories are actually on the low side - consider your exercise routine and it's impact.

If your calories are actually where they should be (or high), try satisfying your cravings with pickles or salting an apple.  I love salt so I understand completely.  Of course, increasing fluids is a good idea too.

You are not alone! I am 10 months and have been making the wrong choices:( I usually drink one protein shake for breakfast and I just started added one or two more in my day and drinking more water. It is helping and I have lost a pound!

I drink more today and tonight I'm going to log what i ate. do you like sparks or fitness pal better just curious what you like to use
