Pretty awesome NSV!
Actually, 2 NSV's.
The first one: We went to the zip lines yesterday with my DH, sister and BIL. Last year, no way would I have gotten on. The weight limit is 265.
As we walked towards them, I asked my husband, "You think it can support my weight?!" He looked at me and said, "What are you talking about? Of course it can!" my brother in law, who was walking a few feet ahead turned and said, "How long is it gonna take for your mind to catch up? That thing can hold up to 265 lbs. you'll be fine!"
Well, I was! We got strapped in & my sister took a running jump and said as she screamed, "you can do it!" and I didn't want to get left behind so I jumped. I had one moment when I thought, "crap! I knew it wouldn't support my weight" and then I realized I was zipping down the line with no problems. I had a blast!
We all went down the line and enjoyed our day.
The 2nd NSV: I'm the same size as my little sister. She's always been super skinny, slender and taller since we were kids. We used to call her "popotito" in Spanish (which means little straw). Shes a size 7/8, and to me she just looks tiny, but she looked at me yesterday and said, "Hey, we're the same size!" She was so happy for me, she started giving me clothes that she doesn't wear anymore because she said "I'll fit into them!" and sure enough, I did!
