I had a Coke Zero at two months and kept burping the whole day and felt super full. Not comfortable at all. I haven't had any ice cream or cookies. I did have some Thai food and felt fine. I ate all the crab and shrimp first then 2-3 spoons of rice.

I'm told soda is a no-no because of the high calorie, high sugar, no protein, and the carbonation can cause your stomach pouch to stretch. I've worked too hard for soda to be my downfall. I haven't tried ice cream in fear of dumping. I've dumped 3 times. Once was on hospital food (not sure what happened there), one time I gave into ONE reese's cup (horrible mistake), and another was on chili (apparently this person put a butt load of refined sugar in her recipe and I hadn't any idea until she told me days later). All three times I felt miserable... so miserable that I don't want ice cream, or any other sugary anything. Chinese food... I've love to have chinese food... just a bite, but I also know that chinese foods in general are loaded with sweeteners and sodium and lacks lean protein. So i made a choice (as i have to do daily), to not eat it until I'm at goal.

I know it is a rough journey right now, but just keep your eye on your goal, Diabolique! :)
