Is it possible to become intolerant of dairy - now??? I'm 18months out from surgery ... And it seems when I drink milk I feel yucky.... If I have a few bites of ice cream I feel yucky... I have had both since I've had surgery and never bothered me until recently.
Coincidence? Is it something else?
Cheese and yogurts don't seem to bother me...
Just seems weird all of a sudden that its making my stomach feel yucky.

Any thoughts would be great - Thanks
Jamie

I was a few years out when it started to bother me each and every time.

I use Almond milk (the unsweetened one) that is 30 cal. a cup.

I became lactose intolerant at about 5-6 months. I cant eat icecream, yogurt, or milk. I can eat cheese, but I dont eat a lot of it.

I am almost 2 years out and about 3 months ago went dairy free for the same reason! I use soy milk, soy cheese, almond cheese, and coconut mil**** cream. There are so many yummy alternatives these days!!
