I'm currently taking BA ADEK  multi vitamins but I am about to run out & thought about going to Centrum Silver since I've seen others post that, that is what they take. Which one do I choose? The Centrum Silver for Women? Are they chewable? I am taking the chewable multi vitamins because I had a lot of issues with passing whole vitamins & don't want to risk not getting what I need with going back to the pill form. BA vitamins are just getting too expensive for me. Anyone with advice I would appreciate it.

I had trouble finding Centrum Silver for Women in chewable even tho'  they are available. I just use the general Chewable Centrum Silver which isn't always easy to find either. I got them on Amazon for a good price.

I'm 15 moths out and I take Centrum Silver Chewable, and I just take my iron pills separately. I don't need to do chewables and quite honestly it took me a while to get used to the chalkyness but now i'm used to them and it gives me a break on having 1 less pill to swallow 2x a day .

P.s. My last labs showed all levels were ok.

I take Centrum Chewables that I buy on Amazon (they have Subscribe and Save where they send them on a regular schedule with a discount and free shipping). My surgeon said no to the Centrum Silver even though I am over 50 and post menopausal because the silver doesn't have the iron that we need. I don't need extra iron, but what is in a regular vitamin is enough. I take 2 of the chewables daily.

I am 11 months out and take regular centrum vitamins.  My doctor says NO silver or prenatal compositions....not enough folic acid or iron.  What does your surgeon recommend?  Hope you find what you are looking for.....good luck to you.

Nashua Nutrition carries the different vitamins-Celebrate and Bariatric Advantage chewables. I am also looking for the different options on other multivitamins that we can take that are chewable at a decent price.
