How do you know when the garbanzo beans are done roasting? I put the timer on for 50 mins at 400 degrees. Also do you season them before you put them in the oven or after they are done?

Never mind. I found out the hard way you have to watch them carefully the last little bit to make sure they don't burn. Half of them are burnt but I have some cooling a bit to try them out. We shall see if I'm a fan. Lol
