Since your weight loss, has your sex life changed for the better or worse ?

Better here.  We worked positions that we hadn't tried in years...and without hesitation or being self conscious.  It was amazing!

I will be having surgery early next year, and I was just curious if the weight loss had any positive or negative effects on anyones sex life.. I say negative because one could have excess skin that they are insecure about now, as opposed to before surgery.

I'm sure some do have the issue with skin...I'm not far enough along to have a skin issue, or my skin is actually going down with my weight (one can hope)

i am extremely self-conscious of my skin, but i wasn't in a relationship prior to surgery, and have dated/slept with 2 guys since surgery. the first one was pretty early out so i didn't have a huge skin issue, but the second i was extremely insecure about it with. he never said anything about it, but it still bothered me

The excess skin issue was a huge one for me, but sex was still better. Just had to get used to the skin flapping . I did have a lower body lift so I no longer have to worry about that.

But my boyfriend has known me over 20 years and has loved me through thick and thin, literally. He did not even want me to get plastic surgery, but I needed to for my mental health.

it ramped up during the initial drop in weight and I would guess the surge in hormones as I had a complete hysterectomy years ago I hadn't felt the hormonal urge in quite some time. Now it's just as it's been for the last few years.
