very CONFUSED
I am one week post op and i truly don't flipping understand how in the world do i suppose to consume 60 to 70 grams of protein a day?
1. we can only consume 3 Oz at a time, this is really ridiculous ( maybe thats why people have some hair loss)
I am honestly starting to regret was this the best decision for me. I want to get this protein because i dont want my ******g hair out... this is aggravating as hell
Some people can consume more than three oz at a time, but even if you only drink three oz at a time, let's say you have a protein drink that has 20 grams of protein in an eight oz drink (like Unjury, made with water - if you made it with milk instead, you'd have 28 grams protein, but let's just go with 20).
That means you'd need to drink 24 oz to get 60 grams of protein. If you drink three oz every half hour, it would take you four hours to get all your protein in for the day.

where do u get UNJURY from ????
Or, say, you can use Syntrax Nectar (the cappuccino flavor is my favorite). I think it's 22 grams of protein and then I mix it in about 10 ounces milk so I get 32 grams protein. I order that from http://www.vitalady.com
Or there is ENS with protein from Celebrate - it has 25 grams of protein plus a multi plus 500 mg calcium citrate. You can order that from http://www.celebratevitamins.com
I also like Chike from http://www.chikenutrition.com. I think their new iced coffee is 20 grams of protein but I used to use their vanilla and their banana a lot and I used one scoop which I think was 11 grams of protein, plus the milk I mixed it in. I might be off on the numbers a bit, I'm too lazy to look them up right now, but it's easy to make an eight or ten oz shake with 20 or 30 grams of protein.

The hair falling out is probably gonna happen either way. I just wear wigs. Easier than getting all aggravated for something I cant do much about.
